Sound of the suburbs - is a two hour monthly show presented by Andy Scratch and co-collaborator and fellow Scratcher John 'Vintage' Viney.

The show aims to feature predominantly (but not exclusively) old, new and future music from the suburbs and will more than likely have some kind of Hertfordshire connection. Where there isn’t one a conjuring of a dubious link will occur, like ‘We once did a gig with them and though they are all German’ We’re from Hertfordshire, so that counts! Get the idea? The rules is there to be broken, there shall be no barrier on great music! The show features a ‘vintage vinyl’ section where Andy and ace musical archeologist ‘Vintage’ Viney delve into the dim distant past to unearth gems from long forgotten local(ish) bands!
